Spiral steel pipe is formed from steel coils by extrusion at room temperature, then welded using double-wire and double-sided submerged arc welding.
Spiral steel pipe, also known as spiral or helical spiral steel pipe, is a low-carbon or low-alloy structural steel strip rolled into a tube at a specific helix angle (called the forming angle). The tubes are made with welded joints and can be produced from narrow strips of large-diameter pipe.
Spiral steel pipes are mainly used for fluid transportation (such as water, oil, gas) and structural pipes (such as piling pipes, bridges). Due to their mature manufacturing process, low cost and ability to produce large-diameter steel pipes, they are widely used in petrochemicals, thermal pipe networks, urban water supply and drainage projects, and urban construction.

A: Our daily inventory is more than 8000 tons, so for common product size, we just need 5 days from stocks. If you would like to order product in special size, we need 20 to 30 days for new production.
