Product Description
Hot-rolled coil is made from slabs, heated in a furnace, and then rolled into strip steel in roughing and finishing mills.
Hot-rolled coil can be categorized by material and performance into ordinary carbon structural steel, low-alloy steel, and alloy steel.
Based on its application, it can be divided into cold-forming steel, structural steel, automotive structural steel, corrosion-resistant structural steel, mechanical structural steel, steel for welding gas cylinders and pressure vessels, and pipeline steel.
Hot-rolled coil offers excellent properties such as high strength, good toughness, easy formability, and excellent weldability. It is widely used in the manufacturing of cold-rolled base plates, ships, automobiles, bridges, buildings, machinery, oil pipelines, and pressure vessels.
