Product Description
Galvanizing is divided into hot-dip and cold-dip. The hot-dip galvanized layer is thick and the color is snow-white and shiny. The national standard hot-dip galvanized pipe (i.e. galvanized water and gas pipe) is usually 6 meters long, with blue circles on both ends. No matter how long it is placed in the wind and rain, the galvanized layer will not fall off and the color will not change. The cold-dip galvanized layer is thin and grayish white.
It will rust after being placed for a long time. It is usually used for electrical concealed lighting pipes in engineering. The wall thickness is also thinner than the national standard pipe. It is used in concrete and can be used immediately after purchase without rust removal. (If it is used in concrete, non-galvanized black pipes can also be used, but the inside of the black pipe needs to be rust-free, which is more troublesome, and the outside does not need it. It is a waste to use hot-dip galvanized pipes for concealed installation).
