Product Description
Round Tube Applications:
Used in the manufacture of various low- and medium-pressure boilers, superheated steam pipes, boiling water pipes, locomotive boiler water-cooled wall tubes and superheated steam pipes, large and small flue pipes, and arched brick pipes. Made of high-quality carbon structural steel, hot-rolled or cold-rolled seamless steel pipes.
Mainly manufactured from 10.20 steel, in addition to ensuring chemical composition and mechanical properties, hydrostatic testing, curling, flaring, and flattening tests are also required. Hot-rolled pipes are delivered in the hot-rolled state. Cold-rolled (drawn) pipes are delivered in the heat-treated state.
