Description
The main purpose of composite floor deck trusses is to serve as a prefabricated formwork, while simultaneously bearing the loads during both the construction and service phases. They simplify the construction process of steel structure floor slabs, combining multiple functions including load-bearing, formwork, support frame, and connection.
By pre-integrating the steel reinforcement truss and galvanized steel sheet in the factory, they can be directly laid on the steel beams, eliminating the need for extensive on-site rebar tying, formwork construction, and support frame erection. This significantly accelerates construction speed, reduces labor costs, and ensures construction quality. They are widely used in multi-story factories, high-rise buildings, complex structures, and high-speed railways.
