Description
Advantages of steel truss floor decking:
1. During pouring, it can prevent the mortar in the concrete from being lost and ensure the strength of the concrete.
2. The bottom formwork does not replace the stress-bearing steel bars during the use stage, and anti-corrosion does not need to be considered.
3 The fire-resistant steel bars are wrapped in concrete, which is equivalent to the cast-in-place floor slab. There is no need to provide a fire test report. It has been verified that the 100mm and thick floor slabs are fire-resistant for 1.68 hours.
4. The two-way stiffness is similar, which is beneficial to earthquake resistance.
5. The mechanical properties are basically the same as traditional cast-in-place floor slabs and are not easy to crack.
Reliability of steel truss floor decking:
1. The welding quality of studs and bottom mold is easier to ensure;
2. The stress mode is reasonable. The dead weight of the floor slab is borne by the steel bars, which does not produce tensile stress in the concrete and reduces cracks during use;
3. The size of the truss is adjustable, and two-way reinforcement can be achieved without increasing the thickness of the floor slab. Applicable to various types, especially irregular floor structures;
